1. Data controller

This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through the contact form on this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we collect

• Identification and contact data: name, email address and telephone number.
• The content of your message and the villa you are interested in.
• Campaign and origin data of your visit: UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content and term), click identifiers (gclid, fbclid), the URL of the landing page and the referring page (referrer).

3. Purpose of the processing

• To answer your enquiry and send you the information you request.
• To carry out the commercial follow-up of your interest in the Kiwi Estates development.
• To measure which advertising campaigns and channels generate enquiries, in order to improve them.

No automated decisions or profiling with legal effects are made on the basis of your data.

4. Legal basis

The consent you give when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the application, at your request, of pre-contractual measures related to the possible purchase of a property (art. 6.1.b GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before its withdrawal.

5. Retention period

Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and the related commercial relationship and, in any case, until you request their deletion. After that, they will be kept duly blocked for the periods required to meet any legal obligations, and then deleted.

6. Recipients

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except where required by law. Our email and web hosting providers have access to them solely as data processors, bound by the corresponding data processing agreements. We never sell your data.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@kiwiestates.com, indicating the right you wish to exercise. If you consider that your data have not been processed correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

8. Cookies

This website uses:

• Session cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation: they keep the language you have chosen and the origin of your visit during the session, and are deleted when you close the browser.
• Analytics cookies from Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC), only if you give your consent. They measure how the website is used in aggregate (pages visited, visit origin, device). The main cookies are _ga and _ga_WLPXC09JPS, with a maximum lifespan of two years. Google may process these data in the United States; transfers rely on the applicable standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy framework.
